2.5.2019   Hotel Hostesses/Transfer Coordinators WANTED!

HPS, i.e. Hana Perfect Solution is a destination management company operating in Prague and the rest of the Czech Republic.
For our Prague office, we are currently looking for hostesses/transfer coordinators with fluent English + any other language would be a great asset. Great opportunity for students!

We are looking for:                                                                             

  • a communicative, responsible and organized person
  • with fluent English + any other language would be great (especially Russian, Ukrainian, German, etc.)
  • flexible schedule

You will be responsible for:

  • organizing transfers
  • organizing pick-ups of event attendees/delegates
    (from Prague airport, hotels, other venues)
  • interactions with clients
  • on-site assistance
  • hospitality desk services

What you can expect:

  • Work contract- DPP, DPČ or Invoice
  • International working environment

1.4.2019   Legend Reborn - Vienna House Diplomat Prague After Reconstruction

Last week we were invited to attend the Legend Reborn 2019 Event in the newly reconstructed Vienna House Diplomat Prague. We had the privilege to not only see the beautiful new reception and airy lobby area, but we also had a chance to have a look into the renovated conference rooms as well as hotel rooms in orange or blue designs.

Vienna House Diplomat Prague is located in Prague 6, close to the historic city centre. The hotel offers also brand new restaurant specializing in Czech and modern cuisine.

The hotel offers superior rooms as well as junior and senior suites. You can also expect 25 flexible renovated conference rooms for up to 1,260 people with 1,650 m² of conference and event area plus 2,000 m² of additional exhibition space.

To sum it up, our visit was a great experience. Not only was the Legend Reborn Event great thanks to the various program, but also full of fun, tasty food, and drinks. We also had a chance to meet and greet a couple of our clients and enjoy the evening together. We can highly recommend Vienna House Diplomat Prague not only to tourists because of its playful fresh and modern interior but also to those, who are considering a conference in Prague not far away from the city centre or the Prague airport.

4.3.2019   Spring Is Coming

Spring is one of the most beautiful seasons to visit the Czech Republic. It usually comes in the second half of March when temperatures no longer tend to drop below or close to freezing point. The historic monuments reopen their gates to visitors from all over the world and the first flowers appear. And what can you expect in March?

First of all, on 8th March you should not forget about the International Woman´s Day (IWD). This day is very similar to Mother’s Day or St. Valentine’s Day and is not considered as a public holiday, however, the IWD brings awareness of the struggles and achievements of women around the world.

And how is this day celebrated here, in the Czech Republic? Usually with a flower bouquet. This is the only day where all women, single or married, receive flowers from their friends, husbands, or children.

And what to do in the second half of the month? Try to visit Febiofest: Prague International Film Festival which is one of the largest independent film festivals in the Czech Republic. It began in 1993 and is held annually in March in the Cinestar Andel near Old Town in Prague.
